Daniele Rijllo, manager with more than ten years of experience in retail management in the hearing care industry, specialized in BtoB, with focus between Italy and France
After obtaining a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and a French degree from the Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci in Paris (La Défense), his professional career begins at the European branch of Oakley Inc, an American multinational corporation specialized in the production and marketing of glasses and sports equipment. After a few years, he starts an export consultancy business for small French medium-sized companies wishing to export to Italy, DIRIJ. He came back to Italy when he was 25 years old, and he started to work for Michael Page in Milan. Since 2009 he has been working in the hearing solutions sector, first in AUDIKA ITALIA and in 2015 he joined the AMPLIFON Group, world leader in the sector, as Area Manager.

- develop the net with the creation of new shops considering “Audika” requests, taking care of all phases of new openings.

Reporting to the director, I was responsible for the management and development of the area. I managed 22 shops (sales target of 3 million euros and management of 28 employees).
